We send the experienced engineer to Colombia to comission the perforated metal machine in October, 2016. The local workers are very clever and smart. With the help of engineer, they learned how to operate the machine and solve common operation problems very soon. When engineer finished the machine comissioning, he made use of the spare time to train the workers. Everything seems to be fine.
Two weeks later, he said goodbye to the workers and went back home by air.
